what's the point of jogging?, stamina? can't you get that just fighting/shadow boxing some rounds?
it does'nt help with explosiveness if your jogging, infact jogging will make you slower as it develops your slow twitch muscles leaving behind your fast twitch muscles, you could always go full burst everynow and then but is'nt it somethin you can just do anywhere if you want explosive legs to move out of the way?, you dont need to run, just polymetrics and do short fast movements to wichever point you desire
so what is the point in jogging?,
it's just weight control i imagine
jogging(even though that **** will develop slow twitch mucles)
it will help you get the weight you desire in boxing? does'nt something more explosive help you lose weight easier plus make you stronger(not to mention more explosive)?
what im sayin is, jogging to me seems pointless to the point of its only use is that after some good aerobics the body can put on muscle easier
other than that jogging is pointless and i dont see why people run 10 or so miles, 6 should be the max(and it should be a good paced jog not slow)
or am i missing somethin here?
