However I do think that he has to retire afterwards still.
Continuing to box will only lead to more trouble.
I don't want him to become Mike Tyson and lose to guys like McBride for example, that'd be tragic.

So will the IBF allow Fury to keep the belt and fight Wlad before Glazkov?
That would be messed up if he lost one of his hard earned belts because he's tied into a rematch clause.

Yeah I would like to see him symbolically unify the titles by crunching Wilder or whoever wastes Wilder before-hand, should he beat Fury.
However, I doubt Wilder will be itching to face either Wladimir or Fury anytime soon, similar to Povetkin.
Apparently a WBC HW champion is just "not ready to fight at that level yet"
By the time Wilder is finished tuning up for these guys, Fury and Povetkin will be 50 let alone Wlad!

Wlad has no chance I'm afraid. You can't teach an old dog new tricks and Wladimir is simply not capable of outboxing Fury. You guys who think that Wladimir is suddenly going to morph into the fighter of old, and start launching missiles from start are living in fantasy land. Wladimir will be more aggressive, he has to be. However that means that he's going to completely gas by the mid rounds and Fury will knock him out.
This is just a retirement payday for the ex champ.
I know Wlad fans are going to draw hope from that last round and apply it to the rematch, but they're going to wish they left it at that. Wlad's not going to beat Fury or come anywhere close.

Fury is going to absolutely wreck him this time round and Wlad's going to leave the sport with another KO loss on his record. Fury did just enough to win last time round, but he's going to put the finishing touches on it now.

I really can picture Klitschko gassing and Fury attacking him... but at the same time I can see Klitschko clinching just to hang on.

Wlad needs to let this one go. Accept that he got beaten by the better, younger fighter and ride off into the sunset with his ego intact.
