It is still something close to a 50/50 though.

Both boxers only ever really lost by flukes but Wladimir had really no troubles, just total dominance otherwise but Lennox often found himself in trouble (as against Briggs, Mercer etc) and unable to do in opponents that Wladimir would simply destroy (like MAvrovic for example).

    It's clear.

You are a 5th generation pedigree NUT BAG!

    The nut bag elite!
Yes yes please forgive me oh modernist and analyst elroy....might you lower yourself to my humble level and tell me how one determines being slightly more disciplined?

And how one determines a slightly improved version when one fighter is so different than the other?

Lol junior you can't really be that ******...your a Crack up do you do kids birthdays? Clown?

Yea Lewis defended well being battered into the ropes on rubber legs at the end of round one ,not even Manny thought Lewis had more talent than Wlad yet you're still TRYING to sound like you know what you're talking about in suggestion Lewis was more skilled?

I know you don't really believe your own BS!

Wlad could shake off Fury's shots undefended, if Fury takes a single flush big shot from Wlad, it's over and you know it!!
So, what will you say when Fury walks through Wlad's bets shots and mauls him?

I will give the necessary props I have to...

But we both know, I wont need to!!

          The real question is..

What are you gonna say when your boy is unconscious?

Because that is 90% likely to happen.

Only a miracle can save Fury now.

And some people claimed Fury walked into that KD, when in fact it was a beautifully executed shot. Fury better not leave himself open like that vs Vlad.

Got a good deal for a 3 day trip and tickets to the fight this morning.

Quite looking forward to going over and seeing Wlad knock Fury out live.

Being on rubber legs, getting dropped for a 10-8 round, are all traditionally part of being in a heavyweight fight. It does not mean you are almost knocked out. Briggs at the time was an undefeated fighter who had KOed almost all his opposition. lewis defended well enough that he was able to recuperate from a Brigg's round and make it an easy fight. If you watch the entire fight there are many sequences where Lewis virtually nullifies Brigg's attack without getting touched up. His strategy was succesful, I don't know if Vlad ever won a fight against an opponent as good as Briggs was at that time.

Manny said a lot of things and even if he thought such....its an opinion and its in his interest (he was training Vlad at the time) to say so. The difference is self interest here as opposed to asking a retired trainer who he/she thought was the best fighter he had worked with. Again this is kinda common sense....

Its not only myself who "thinks" this.

If one were to look at the sport of boxing with a normative period of several generations one would find that the big punchers were seldom the big men. cunningham can punch and is in a range of weight where many punchers are located... So to be dropped by Cunningham does not necessarily mean that Fury has no chin. And yes, Fury was set up beautifully by a puncher, agreed.

Fury has learned since then....My only reservation about this fight is wishing Fury would have fought Haye. he would have probably, at the time lost, but it would have made him better and ultimately a better fighter than Haye...More to the point it would have given him seasoning for this fight.

I still think he has a great chance if he just is willing to take risks at key points in the fight. He has the skills to beat Vlad, he just has to do it.

Aye, my face just turned green from envy... I had tickets for the Pulev fight which got postponed and I missed it. Given Vlad keeps fighting a couple more years I must go to Germany again. I'm guessing a Wilder unification could eventually take place in the US though.
