False. Pacquaio agreed to the extra testing. What he disagreed with is the timing of the testing.

But here, let me make you duck it again:

Is 2 weeks a reasonable amount of time to recover from giving a teaspoon of blood?

Here is Manny saying he declined a 14 day cut-off, liar

When he finally accepted everything, he stepped into the ring and lost.

I thought your question was irrelevant but I answered.

even if Pac was on gear, so was everyone else Floyd fought. while all of a sudden did he make such a fuss about Pacquiao? it made no sense. it derailed a fight from happening at the right time. it was Floyds fault entirely, because he wanted to be the A side and have all the advantages by putting Pacquiao through hell. Floyd has been busted himself for some infractions, people forget this. and we don't know if Floyd was doing some shady **** as well. that's just how she goes. for example, Maidana beat him the first time, and even the second time he arguably beat Floyd up - even if Floyd put on a better show. nobody talks about this. Maidana beat him, I can't see it any other way.

point is, Floyd fought many juiced up fighters, but he only had an issue with Pacquiao. I do think Pac was on peds, but I also think 90 percent of the others were as well.

Nah. The fight wasn't derailed because of the request for extra drug testing. That was accepted by both sides.

It was derailed when Pacquaio claimed to need 3 weeks to recover from blood testing. No one needs that much time to recover from blood testing. It makes no sense.

It should have been both subjected to full random testing, which it was in the end. It took Pacquiao and his team some time to realize a full two weeks of no testing is enough to be at full strength.

Giving a 2 week cut-off is not putting Pacquaio through hell. It's actually more accommodating than not.

I'm not really sure what Maidana or your opinion on who won their fights has to do with the discussion. I don't mean that in a snarky way. I just don't understand the point you are making. Everyone is welcome to their opinion on who won any match.

why was olympic drug testing needed for a fight with Pacquiao? why all of a sudden he needed this? he never demanded this before. even against other juicers.

boxing needs olympic style drug testing sure - but the fight with Pacquiao didn't. Floyd had a chance to be great and he blew it. He wanted to preserve his health. He didn't want a war, win or lose. no matter how the fight turned out, you know Floyd was gonna catch some leather.
