I literally was hanging with both of them chilling smoking.
And I specifically told them "do not catch no felony". "do not catch a gun charge etc"

I told them just get their money if u gonna do anything, get money stay in school sell weed and fck btches.

One of them actually had str8 As even though he was heavy in the streets.

But long story short. A month after one caught a assault with deadly weapon, and the other attempted murder.

The streets don't love you. Street is like the devil - it gives you short term fun in exchange for long term destruction. Even when you escape, your life is never the same and the trauma lives with you for the rest of your life. The paranoia, the pain, etc.

I just wish a lot of these young lads can listen to the old heads. Get an education and live a clean life whilst building everything slowly. Life on the fast lane leads to destruction.

Been there...lost a lot of friends to prison and death. And I still cry sometimes in solitude whenever I think about what it was growing up, our childhood dreams, playing in the park - before our innocence was stolen from us.

RIP to all the fallen soldiers and 3 all my dargs doing life (about 6/7 of them). Still out here living the dream for you!

But yeah I was just talking to someone how normal it gets being so paranoid, nothing normal about that shyt especially at that age. I just hate my little cousins going through it now. B4 these two grew up, I was the only person on my mom side of the family with a bad record, then here these two come. And for the people that don't understand, to a certain extent u can't change they can change all they want but the people they harmed will never forget. But one of them I less concerned with moving forward, I hope the other just think more into these choices he make
