Why does a felon become a felon ?
    What about victim rights ?
Once we learn how to speak, we know right from wrong.

There are consequences to bad decisions. Obey the law and you can have all the ice cream you want
We obviously gon never agree on this, I have a record. I'll be damned.... Gun possession is something worth the risk. The law ain't gon tell me my life has less value cuz of stuff I did.

Now I gotta steal some of that ice cream lol

Did you have to break the law ?

Most felons are lazy pieces of shlt who don't care about other people.

          fel·o·ny

a crime, typically one involving violence, regarded as more serious than a misdemeanor, and usually punishable by imprisonment for more than one year or by death.

Robin Hood is a fictional character.

That was a question I never expected to have to answer.....I rarely come across a person who sides with felons.

But then you gotta ask why we make the choices we do, man. When I look at all the dumb shyte I did over my life and ask myself what I woulda done different answer I always come to is the same... faced with the same set of circumstances the dude that I was at any given time woulda always acted or reacted in the same way. so how much choice is there, really? Whoever you are at a particular moment is is a product of everything that's happened to you up to that point, and the choices you make, the things you do are a product of who you are.

If you look at psychological studies essentially our decisions to act are made at a subconcious level within fractions of a second, all the shit we come up with afterwards - the thinking part - is more about rationalising and justifying those impulses. We ain't fundamentally creatures of reason or rationality, that's something that's been tacked on top of our core instinctive behaviours.

IDK, man, just musing here... FWIW I am also a big believer in individual responsibility and I sometimes wrestle with how you can synthesize the two ideas - the fatalistic and the free will paradigm - but I yet to come up with a satisfactory answer.

You do realize you are the first person to put being a felon in a loving light -

Felonies are usually crimes that are viewed severely by society and include crimes such as murder, ****, burglary, kidnapping, or arson.

                      it's easy,
do not commit a crime=free as a bird
commit a crime=go to jail, felony and take it (literally) up the ar$e from your fellow inmates and receive no sympathy from the society
