Depends on the type of person you are. If you're impressed by fake people and things then it's right up your street, if not plan more trips in Asia, Sri Lanka looks great. Just remember things are always not what they seem there, everybody (apart from emiratis) is drowning in debt to maintain their "lifestyle".

Problem would be getting to Thailand with that gear. Whole other problem.

I generally stay at either the Conrad or the Fairmont but they are basically high quality business hotels (albeit with great clubs) and have no beach access
Atlantis is great but a massive family hotel miles away from the action
Hiltons are either in crap locations or older hotels
By the sounds of it, you'd be better suited to somewhere like Le Meridien Mina Seyahi
It's on the beach and part of a massive complex that includes a Westin
Has a great beach bar and you can hire jetskis, jetboats, etc
Costs $150 EACH to enter the Burj and is better to get your happy snaps from neighbouring beach or hotel
Tourists can bring in 4 litres of booze each and it's advisable to do so
Women are everywhere and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa(infinite)y better than the skanks in Thailand
Do some research and find out what the most popular Friday brunch is at the time
Probably cost a minimum of $150 per head but you will get unlimited booze, great food and if you can’t get laid, then I cannot help you
You'd be much better off coming to Australia than ThailandLast edited by Tomjas; 11-07-2018, 04:22 AM.

Bro I totally agree with you Australia is my ultimate goal and bucket list. Everywhere I go here I meet hot Australian chicks and they always jockin hard lol. We were supposed to go next march but everyone got scared of the price of flights from LAX. These guys are so soft when it comes to things like that lol.
Bro please tell us more about the Conrad since we were actually looking at that as well. Conrad is Hilton family so we got hook ups there. Is the Conrad pool popping off? how far is it from the beach?
Damn bro $150 just to go to the top of Burj? Thats gonna be the most expensive selfie we ever took lol. Im tell bday boy none of us knew it cost that much. We assumed it was like $30 to $40 to get in.
Appreciate all your help brother!

I was there in September so it was hot but you could easily hang around the pool for hours as there's lots of shade
It was ridiculously cheap (we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for $280 per night) as hotel prices have come down by a huge amount since the peak
Contact the property direct as you'll always get a better deal that way
I'd happily stay there again but bear in mind that it's on Sheikh Zayed Road so basically a massive tower in the city
Cab to the beach will cost $10-$15 but you don't want to be on the beach for too long at that time of the year anyway
With the Burj, you pay an entry fee and that is used as a credit for thing that you buy in the hotel i.e. $150 gets you $150 worth of drinks but won't last long as they charge like a wounded bull

Totally man made and devoid of culture no matter what bs the locals try to spin
You get the best bands, sports, basically best of everything because they can pay
You can drink as much as you want, virtually every bar has hookers and people go there to have a good time
There are lots of American tourists but outweighed by Europeans as it's closer for them
Btw, prior to the GFC hitting, they had actually started building an area of hotels with more rooms than Vegas that were destined to be casinos but then Abu Dhabi had to bail them out and knocked the idea of ******** on the head for the time being
However, you can use a phone at the track to call your bookie and take day cruises with casinos on boardLast edited by Tomjas; 11-07-2018, 07:40 PM.
