I tore both my rotator cuffs doing a pushup contest (yes liquor was involved).

I still bench but no OHP, deadlifts, heavy squats anymore. I do pullups, dips, lunges with some weight, I use a homemade sharpshooter ball out of bungie cable and tennis balls, some curls, calf raises, then a bit of resistant banded work for hamstrings.

Burned out at 60 but yes I won. It was against my older drunker brother in law.

I also pick one day a week mainly for flexibility, when I was in my 20s I wouldn't stretch, I wouldn't eat produce because they're low calorie so it was just meat and grains, then I would only lift heavy. No more of that nonsense these days

Shoulders were hurting for a while so I had to take a break from benching. Could still do knuckle and one arm push ups if I went slow and focused on form. Back benching again but these days it's low weight, high reps.

yes, i do 100 pushups a day... it doesnt matter how you get it done, just make sure you do 100 by the end of the day.

i usually do 50 straight, rest 1 minute, then do another 50.

yall might think that's not enough, but if you keep up with it and be consistent, 100 a day will get you looking right.
