These things have to come in phases because people don't respond well to immediate change. China is a big obstacle and the Moslem world in this scenario would be swallowed up very quickly. Its already in effect with Israel being the strongest power back by the US in the region and G@za apparently being turned into a tourist resort or whatever. I expect alot of the Moslems will just be relocated to all different countries so they're spread out and small in numbers.

The US has always been a majority-Christian nation, and has always, from the start, had to fight off the barbarities of the M*u*s*l*i*m*s. They make no permanent allies. What you suggest would be temporary arrangements for temporary convenience. I*s*l*a*m, when interpreted and put in practice by the fundamentalists, is intolerant at its core and unable to cope with competing ideologies and beliefs.
