not a big fan of the stanky meat and imo, they all taste the same. i was never big on fish. love fishing tho!

We used to either catch and release or chop those suckers up for bait. I didn't even know folks ate them till I saw them on the menu at a nice restaurant.
We used to catch lots of Bonita too. Those we kept

Big fan of Red Snapper though, when I can afford it. Go simple, grilled or barbecued with just a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juibce salt and pepper, rubbed with a little crushed garlic. Really don't like to overcomplicate or overpower fish.OldTerry
