Why Are Weight Bullies Not Being Called Out?

I’ve always said Benavidez is a weight bully. Today I heard an interview that just confirms it. He has plans of one day fighting at heavyweight and by one day I mean “soon, not when he’s a fat old man.

Now in Las Vegas you can have a 48 hour weigh in period. It’s the norm now, apparently.

Does anyone else lose all respect for these weight bullies? I think the sport is taking a nose dive and this is one of those reasons.

    Because they don't exist

So you like seeing cruiserweights like Benavidez fight middleweights like Andrade. Why am I not surprised ...

there is no such thing as a 'weight bully". If a guy walks around at 350 lbs and he makes lightweight comfortably, it's totally legal

Did you call out Jermall for his bs or Davis for his bs or countless others?

With a 36 hour rehydration period. It takes this from being a sport to a charade. It's a joke. Luckily it's resigned to Las Vegas. But this is quintessential weight bullying. I hope Andrade stops Benavidez to send a message to all the other weight bullies.

I call out all weight bullies. What are you talking about? Tank, with maybe one exception, has made it his MO to bring little guys up for a KO highlight reel. It's a joke.

The rules are the same for both fighters. Same reason being "drained" isn't a valid excuse imo.

i think the commissions should be the ones called out for getting rid of the day of fight weigh-in. i would guess the majority of fighters would not be fighting in the weight class they're currently in if they couldn't have that 36 hours or however long they get to rehydrate now

Andrade is bigger weight bully than Bumavidez.

He is natural 168. Has the same proportions with Plant. And, fought at 154.

At least Bumavidez fought at 175 which is his natural weight in his young days. Still could move up to there.
