Not really his skipping was done to the slow beat of," Night Train".
His hitting the peanut bag was slow.
Standing on his head ,strengthening his neck muscles was impressive though.

You obviously never saw Ali spar in the 60's. He did not lay on the ropes. Maybe you're thinking about mid 70's Ali, but again you are wrong.
