    [REAL TALK] Best Singer Biopic??

    What do you guys think...

    Not in particular order

    Walk the Line
    La Bamba
    Jersey Boys
    Straight Outta Compton

8 mile even though its fictional lol

They all follow the same formular so they tend to get boring and predictable pretty fast for me.

Having said that La Bamba made me sad as a kid so it'll always stay with me.

I saw a Jimi Hendrix biopic on late night tv once, starring Andre 3000. It didn't even have the rights to his music. It was awful.

Eric Clapton: Life in 12 Bars was pretty good. So was Jeff Beck: Still on the Run(although he is a guitarist and not a singer).

Those are biographies which aren't really the same thing. They sound pretty good though and I've never seen them despite playing a bit of electric guitar myself.

For a jokey answer I'd say

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story for how it lampooned so many music biopics

For a serious answer I guess

        Ray

I kinda like Jersey Boys story line just because it had the mob element into it.. kinda reminded me of Sinatra
