Depends. Is he good in memorization? Medical degree like nursing is a good, in demand job, if you are not good in math but good with memorization. Is he good with drawing? He can take up graphics design, drafting, etc.. definitely not fine arts (unless he wants to be jobless). He can also take up trade skills.. welding pays good, electrician, etc..

dont take up unemployable courses like ******* arts, etc...
