    Carbs is what kills you.

    Mexican is great. But it’s like Chinese, you get mostly carbohydrates when you order. Rice, beans, tortillas -‘d chips and salsa and a some meat. Thus you end up eating 85-90 percent carbohydrates. Carbs devastates your insides. And just as bad it’s stored by body as fat.

    We all taught to think fat makes us fat. That’s false. Insulin is mechanism that stores calories to fat cells. Insulin doesn’t it work on fat.

    Save your life. Read the book “ the case against sugar”

      I’m off keto but have no more than 1.5 meals where a grain is the staple

      Huge difference Being stuffed with meat vs being stuffed with carbs. Hard to exercise on a stomach full of carbs

        High Carb diets and sugar. I think the trend started when 'health experts' advocated a move away from high fat diets which they believe led to heart attacks. They might have a point, but sacrificing a few years of life expectancy to live as a fit, high testosterone male is worth it imo. I also believe our overlords don't want too may high t males around...wouldn't be surprised if most males in prison have higher than average t levels.

            Paleo is my diet. I think think keto is similar or the same. Basically fat; protein and lVegetables. I even pass on fruit. Fruit is breed to be so sweet these days it’s to the point there are no longer good for you.

            I have one cheat day a week and eat what ever I want and how much I want.

              Read the “the case against sugar”. And you will find out where the “low fat” diet came from. It’s was basically a scam brought out by the sugar industry to you us to eat more sugar. Worked like a charm. You absolutely need to read that book. It’s Incredibly shocking the evidence presented about what sugar and all carbs do to people.
