Mexican is great. But it’s like Chinese, you get mostly carbohydrates when you order. Rice, beans, tortillas -‘d chips and salsa and a some meat. Thus you end up eating 85-90 percent carbohydrates. Carbs devastates your insides. And just as bad it’s stored by body as fat.
We all taught to think fat makes us fat. That’s false. Insulin is mechanism that stores calories to fat cells. Insulin doesn’t it work on fat.
