C'mon guy you know I have a 401k. Im confident it will recover like the housing market. I will buy homes to hedge my losses for now. Then the market will rebound and my 401k will rebound. Home prices will go up while I'll have people paying rent, like I do now on my other home. Then when it's sky high again I'll sell those homes. Win win.
