    Anyone Seen Rush Hour Movies?

got bored today and decided to go down memory lane and watched rush hour 1 & 2. shet was fun. it was good to watch something back in the day where people aren't like ****** clitoris that gets sensitive to little things. the jokes were racially hilarious.

Those movies are fine as comedies, but suck as action movies

they have some of the worst Jackie Chan fights and stunts ever, his talent as martial artist was wasted there

but they're still fun to watch, my favorite part was Chris Rock pretending to be racially offended at a casino

"Did you give me five-hundred dollar chips because I'm black?"

jackie might have been passed his prime by the time he did rush hour, he was already in his mid 40s at that point. can't think of a movie that he did after that was of the same caliber as his early movies. dude's body has been to hell and back several times over.

That might be true for the second and third films, but he did Who Am I the same year he did the original Rush Hour, and that movie has some of Jackie's best fights ever

I blame the american director who didn't how to direct action sequences to showcase Jackie Chan properly, Jackie had only worked with Hong Kong directors at that point and they know how to make martial arts movies

Rush Hour remains my favorite of the series. Great movie. Sometimes I forget how good Tucker really was. The chemistry between him and Chan was really great, improbable as it seems. The sequels were OK but they didn't live up to the original, but that's fine because sequels rarely do

Those are good fun movies. I thought that they had chemistry those two.

Love those movies, Chan and Tucker just meshed together perfectly. I think 2 is my favorite of the series. "THAT'S Ricky Tan?? That's a midget in a bafrobe!"
