Death penalty is completely banned nowadays where I am from, and rapists get out after 3 years good behaviour.

I get that it's hard to prove, and there are women that lie etc But if someone is literally caught in the act ******ing or raping a child, or caught on camera...... I say they should go to jail for 10-20 years depending on age then get hanged.

Why do we not just get rid of these obviously dangerous and mentally disturbed people?

Guy who worked in my local co-op, Warren, who I spoke to often, was sentenced to 7 years in jail for the **** of his girlfriends 14-year old daughter.

Harrowing case for my community and makes me sick that I was friendly with him.

I think you ought to reserve the death penalty for those that actually kill.

The reason being that more of them will probably just murder their victims after ******ing them. If the penalty is the same anyway, might as well murder to eliminate that witness.

It sounds awful but that's probably true. I am sure they already threaten to kill some of the kids if they tell anyone which is probably one of the reasons they get away with it.


It's actually weird how different sentences are in the different states in the U.S for various crimes.

I think public torture then execution would be a very effective deterrent. It wouldn't take but just a couple of nationally televised medieval torture sessions for these heinous crimes to come to an abrupt end
