Didn't know there was such a thing as a Vaccine Czar. Gates is famous that's why his name comes up all the time. There were a lot of people other than him warning governments that they weren't prepared for a pandemic. It's like most things if there isn't an immediate danger. In a couple of decades if that long this will be forgotten. No preparations will be made for another pandemic. Respirators masks drugs etc. will be farmed out to the lowest bidder and history will repeat itself. Measels, mumps and other infectious diseases are making a comeback because parents in some locations aren't vaccinating their kids.
