If that was North America (first video), those female cops would have lit up his arse. North American females are on a ego trip.

2nd video, she needs to be in a different field. He there was no backup she would have offered him head and s3x if he wanted to.

If the day ever comes where I actually need a cop for protection or to diffuse an extremely volatile and violent situation I would not feel confident with a female cop being the difference in whether I come out on the winning end of the situation. Sure some of them are as good at the day to day business of being a cop; traffic violations or accidents, noise complaints, petty theft, etc. some are even better at preventing a situation from escalating, but I’ve worked alongside my share of female military members who were all of 5� tall and could not handle their end of the lumberjack saw (Dirty Harry reference). They could barely pass their annual PT, lift more than 40 pounds and would be a serious liability in a situation where someone needed to be restrained or they were needed for back up in a physical confrontation. Seen it happen during a protest that escalated outside a military installation.

There are always exceptions to the rule, but by and large I think all cops should meet higher physical standards.

You know Denis Leary actually mentioned something similar in one of his books when it came to being a firefighter since he has a brother in that line of work and eventually did a TV show about firemen. He did a chapter about how the tests should be the same for women when it comes to having to carry people out of buildings and running up and down stairs and they shouldn't be hired if they can't do those same things.

Even if these people can win a fight with a cop, why do it? You'll eventually later get found and arrested with even more cops after your ass, like a higher wanted level in GTA, plus it's easier to identify people with these assaults being on camera. Then whatever the person was originally being arrested for, there will be the additional charges of resisting arrest and assaulting an officer. Good thinking there.

I think it's fine as long as they can meet the physical requirements. I think those requirements should extend to woman being physically big enough. I doubt most women can accurately shoot tight groups with a 40 or 9mm especially under stressful conditions. Generally speaking cops don't do shlt and are just punching the clock as government employees. You also don't have to be the brightest bulb to become one either. Ideally, no they shouldn't but this is America babyyy. Feminist have the upper hand now a days therefor any woman who becomes a cop know what they sign up for...
Most women cops I've encountered are as tough as nails. I actually do believe if shlt were to go down they would go out on their shield in dealing with a threat.

A man cop can usually hold his own vs most guys and know it's while a female cop knows she can;t so out comes a weapon.

I got np with a woman being a cop as long as she can handle the physicality of the job under stressful situations. And I'm sure there are times when you can show capableness in a training situation & a real situation & still fail in a different real situation with a bad decision being made or someone getting the drop on you so I wouldn't want to be overly critical on a L in the field if it's excusable. Thing is I've seen some tiny ass female cops that I have a hard time believing can handle a physical situation without making it a kill or be killed situation at the harshest level & some of the sh^t in the vids posted is comically inexcusable too. That type of person shouldn't have the job. I'd argue anyone who's not of a high level of physical condition & size better be a fooking ninja or some sh^t to be a cop.

And that's not just about women. Some of these donut eating hefty mfers need to be installing cable or have some other job too.

That said most cops I see do fit what I feel the minimal requirements should be, but I still run into a lot of 5'5 females or 240lb Trump shaped men out there in blue.

I don't doubt this is true. The problem is they'd have a losing record & HAVE to go out on their shield. That's not ideal for the job of policing.

When things get extreme you want someone who at a bare minimum can win more one on one situations than they lose. You don't want someone with the physical liabilities most women have to the average man doing the job.

Hell even in a multiple cop vs one suspect situation I don't think it's smart to have a clear weak link like a woman would be. That could lead to more kill or be killed situations that no one should be for going down. Ideally as Sun Tzu states winning without fighting is the ideal goal & that's harder to accomplish with the average female cop I usually see.

I suppose at some point when there are more non-lethal means of safely & successfully subduing suspects or we got "robot" cops or helpers out there with police to put some distance between the two warring fractions you'll be able to have midget cops or 80 year old cops let alone 5'3, 125lb female cops, but we aren't quite there yet.
