Like.. when they've had enough of me... that's when I go crazy. If they ignore me and/or move on.. I lose my mind.

But then when I have them again, I completely lose interest. It's like "uh.. this is boring, why did I want this." and I start chasing newer prospects.

And then when they're gone it's like "If you don't come back i'll die"

That's not as uncommon as you might think. Many people think of themselves before they think of their significant other or they fall into the other category where they define their self-worth by how someone else sees them. Two most common relationship issues, IMO, and both are equally unhealthy.

Many other people are overly critical of themselves and don't love themselves enough, which prevents them from experiencing or appreciating someone else's love for them, which, usually, drives that other person away. On the other hand, those who love themselves too much often neglect the needs of the other person, which also drives that person away, if they have any self-esteem at all.

You just got to work on your empathy skills....put yourself in the emotional shoes of whoever it is you might be interested in.....try to feel how they feel, see through their eyes, rather than your own.

Otherwise, you're gonna keep making the same mistake over and over. The definition of insanity, someone once said, is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.

If you know what you're doing wrong....try doing something different.
