But just a heads up. YouTube is changing it's terms due to a fine. The fine will now be placed on content that carry kids videos.

Sounds like a tax on the people actually making big money from youtube. Anything to try to squeeze more money out of people and give it back to the government and banks, sleazy f***s. How will they even know whose watching their videos? Is there even a way to prove that?

I think they're using cookies of the user.

Yes, Youtube paid a fine and agreed to the new law. It will now pass on the fine to the provider that makes the videos. This way Youtube isnt responsible.

Once again, heavy fines ruin another great medium, like they did to FM radio a little over a decade ago, which led to people going to satellite and then podcasts. At least channels for adults aren't effected by this.
