    Soldiers aren't the only ones who fought & died for what the flag represents

    You do know black people have been fighting and dying for what the flag stood for every since this country was founded, right? Not only did we fight in foreign wars, setting others free while we weren't free here, we fought domestic battles to make this country live up to the principles of the flag.

    We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
    The people who wrote that didn't believe it when they wrote it. Black people fought and died to force America to live up to those words.

    Kaepernick kneeling doesn't offend my grandparents who fought for freedom and the principles of the flag in foreign wars and domestic battles.



    This is respectful to the flag. Putting the traitor flag next to the American flag is disrespectful to the flag

    Using the American flag for purposes of hate is disrespecting the flag

          People like urself dont seem to understand that standing to the flag is a sign of respect to those who sacrificed their lived for the country,
