I mean trump saying they want to make a deal doesnt mean much to me given his track record of lies... but who knows time will tell, just nothing i have seen suggests china are going to make any major concessions to appease the US even though im sure they would rather have good relations than bad... EU are pretty pathetic and more than likely to cave in but the chinese are proud people so i would be surprised if they did

I would set the odds of China caving , meaning a more favorable deal for USA at 70%
