              yeah but like i said, the pitch that hit tatis was honestly a mistake imo... i dont see why the dodgers would intentionally hit tatis as the dodgers were leading the series. there was no point in doing that aside from it being a mistake on the pitcher's part... but for the padres to retaliate and to do it against shohei, just shows poor sportsmanship.

                Mistake or not, when you hurt a top player on their team, they will be gunning for your top player too.

                  not necessary, it's not a written rule that it must happen. it comes down to sportsmanship and the padres proved that they are poor in that department...

                  just like a low blow in boxing, just because a boxer got hit with a low blow, it doesnt mean he has to return the favor... that's up to the boxer, some will return the favor, while others wont and will choose to show class and beat their opponent fair and square. #message
