No one is even talking about the plan to fix this, because no one has one. They keep spending. All while Americans are paying record fuel prices, energy prices, inflation on everyday goods, highest CC debt, average new car payment is 800.00. Banks are leaving the auto lending space because of risk. Commercial loans are being forfeited at very concerning rates. I could go if anyone wants.

If you can't see the bumps in the road it's because people don't want to.

this is what happens in a lot of countries, the left get elected , make a mess of the economy and the right come in to stabilise things, after a few years the voters think 'we could have things better' and fall for the lies that the left spout , they win the election and the cycle continues

          Exactly.

There's no reason the deficit can't be a quadrillion, quintillion, ***tillion, etc.

Numbers are all relative and are only big when humans think they're big.

The world used to have hundreds of thousands of people, then millions, now billions, and one day, trillions.

It's the nature of things to grow and grow until they collapse onto themselves and start all over. Even the Universe in its whole does it!

Hmm what happened during Trump's term that would have made us spend so much money?
Anyone take a SHOT at it?

Ask Trump it was his term lol. Last time I checked, the leader takes the blame.

I will vote for Trump but I'll give credit or criticize when it's due, doesn't matter if it's trump or *****.
So you don't want to take into account the COVID spending or funds that were sent to Americans and businesses to keep them from failing? Oh ok got it.

                Now let's do a comparison.
                How is inflation now?
What are fuel prices like now?
What are grocery prices like now?
                What are interest rates now?
How many wars are we involved in now?
What's our relationship around the world like now?
                How's the border numbers now?
                How's crime now?
How's the markets doing with the "inflation reduction act" now?
                How's energy prices now?
Are wages up or down now?
                What's CC debt now?
What's the price of cars like now?
What's the rates for vehicle loans now?

How many more $$$Billions more do you want to give Ukraine? I mean right now they probably sit in the top 5 as most expensive military in the world to fund.

You should have left this topic alone.
