don't like all great chefs intuitively know how to cook to please the creator and hot females

    I make my own ravioli
and thinly sliced duck in blackberry sauce

I smash up herbs and the smell

    I can’t eat my wife’s hot cakes

Canadien bacon grease makes hot cakes come to life

Most countries I’ve visited have had good food.

European is obviously the best continent for food. Italian, Greek, French, Portuguese, Nordic. Great restaurants, good produce, refined.

Asia is generally great- Apart from Filipino

Indonesian isn’t amazing but better than ^

South America is good but believe it or not beef and red wine does get boring.

Mexican- Don’t have many Mexicans in the UK and never been so haven’t had much ‘authentic’ food. What I’ve had I’ve LOVED

Indian food is varied and amazing. From the tandoori rotis of the Punjab to the Idlyl, Thali and Dosas of Tamil Nadu. Bengali (West) is my personal favourite.

Africa- used to go to a Senegalese bar/live music venue. The guys in there invited me and a friend to stay for midnight Ramadan food. Omg!!

Jamaican/Caribbean. I like the Indian influence on Trini food. Doubles etc especially
