This also the same politician that not only voted and authored those mind boggling legislations, but also voted against SB 1042; a bill making human trafficking a violent crime in california which would have protected millions of *** trafficking victims:
Are yall ok with this? Is this what it means to be a *******/progressive?

How can you call yourself a decent human being and support these kinds of legislation? Where is the media on this? This is the type of foolishness that people should be up in arms about. this is the type of subject matter that mainstream media should be warning americans about....

California Governor Jerry Brown signed into law , which reduces penalties for knowingly exposing a ***ual partner to HIV.
Under current California law, it is felony offense punishable by 3 to 8 years in prison. The new law, which was signed by Brown on Oct. 6 and takes effect January 1, changes this to a misdemeanor, carrying a 6-month prison term — the same punishment as knowingly exposing someone to other communicable diseases.
The law also reduces the penalty for knowingly donating blood infected with HIV from a felony to a misdemeanor.

SB 145 would allow a *** offender who lures a minor with the intent to commit a felony (i.e. a *** act) the ability to escape registering as a *** offender as long as the offender is within 10 years of age of the minor. No specification is made as to whether the ***ual offender is straight or LGBT.
