the problem is bad parenting most likely caused by generations of households with no father present in them, single woman who get worse each generation and no older mentors around to even bother to help..its a broken system where no one is held accountable and everyone has an excuse and blames others..i see it everyday in my life..one person taking the time to help instead of criticize and turn a blind eye can change everything
