i mean look at the most meaningful immediate headline about the matchup:

"first time two black quarterbacks face off"

that just tells you the nfl was scared af with a bengals eagles superbowl if that's the most intriguing part of this superbowl are two black qbs going at it when they arent even black!!!!

So it was a ratings thing or was it a racial agenda thing?

Can you pick one conspiracy theory you wanna cry about please?

Simulating NFL QB offseason changes: Trades, signings, draft picks

        FRANCHISE TAGS AND EXTENSIONS

At the moment, the free agent class is led by one of the most exciting quarterbacks in the league. But will really reach free agency? We asked our reporter GMs whether their team would be most likely to either tag or extend their starter before free agency opens. Two of them did ...
        Ravens tag

''It seems apparent that the Ravens and Jackson are in March, which will be $32.4 million. The sides haven't come close to an agreement after two years of negotiation. The real questions come once the tag is placed: Will Jackson skip the offseason practices and most of training camp? Will he even play under the tag? And would the Ravens be tempted to trade him if a team offers three first-round picks for him ( ) ? There is plenty of uncertainty in Baltimore, where the Ravens are 40-17 (.702) with Jackson as their starting QB since 2019 and 4-9 (.308) without him (including playoffs). But the franchise tag seems like the most likely starting point for what could be an eventful offseason in Baltimore.'' -- Jamison Hensley

        3 1st rd picks !!!!
Hensley is on some wicked Hennessy

I can't think of a team willing to part with 2 1st rd'ers for a damaged mid level QB.
Lamar will never live up to the hype.

'He's Black royalty': Doug Williams' Super Bowl legacy lives on

          SMDH......

Doug is happy we are having a ''blk'' SB.

What shade is his mother ?!?!?

DW is a good guy but he did something special ONE TIME.
His career is as mid as it gets -
          sub .500 W/L
          50% comp
          100 tds

Not really a legacy, as NFL QBs go.

            Whites wanna claim him now?

Y'all would be happy to not claim him back in the day and refuse him entry in restaurants and show him the Coloreds Not Allowed signed.

Depends on the spread you choose. For example, i bet $200 eagles beats niners by 5.5 pts at least. They did and i won $280 plus my original $200. There is a bet called moneyline where you only care who wins, your winnings depends on how much favorite your team is.

If you want to learn more about it, google/youtube sports betting / spread.
