Not a Lamar fan but...... Lamar Jackson Selfishly Cost the Ravens a Playoff Win vs. the Bengals
These fcking idiots -
2022, they split 1-1 and Joe outplayed Lamar in the game they played in.
2021, Joe trounced Balt, throwing for over 800 yds in those 2 games (Lamar only played in one of them)
2020, Balt took rookie Joe to school (he played even with Lamar in his one game, though)
Balt didn't make it last year and Cin didn't make it 2020, there is no proof of Lamar being a postseason factor.
'
Lamars postseason stats are - 1-3
56 comp %
3 tds
5 ints
sacked 19x
68 QB Rate
Hype and little substance
Nah, no hype. He's a good football player just not a great quarterback.

He ain't no savior either.
He bet on himself and, IMHO, failed.
He's a QB and by QB standards, he's average.
Flacco did more with less running. Didn't miss a game until his 7th or 8th year.
His longest run was maybe 10 yds
People making Lamar out to be some top tier QB when the PASSING stats are not there.
Go to any sports site and experts would say Lamar is right up there with the best.
That dude in Chicago, ran for a million yrds.....3-13.
QBs should excel at QB'ing before making financial demands.
Then again, if a team feels that mid level ''QB'' is worth a king's ransom, there's no way of arguing that.

He's not a great QB though. Just like Baker Mayfield, even Kyler Murray tbh.
But he's a good football player just can't rely on him to win a game with his arm. It's not in him. He's really like Vick, who was similar, though I still rate Vick's arm talent higher.
I read that Chicago and Baltimore might trade QBs. If they do, Baltimore is going to actually improve. Fields doesn't have protection, he goes to Baltimore? He's getting an O line and he's a better thrower of the ball than Lamar and even Hurts. Imo
It would be awesome if they did make it though. Doug Peterson and Sunshine.

According to most sports sites, he is. He's the Bud Crawford of QBs.
Neither has really done anything special
Yeah, Lamar won an MVP
Yeah, Bud has a belt
Looking at the whole picture, which sports sites hate to do, they are not special.
Without arm talent and decision making on the fly, they are just glorified RBs.
Vick had moments.
Without looking it up, his comp % was mid/high 50's ???
