Got a new PC...need some game suggestions

16GB is useless. 8Gb is more than enough , trust me.

As for games, Crysis 2 and Rage both are good singler player shooters that i have played lately. I suggest saints row the third too.

An older game that is a bit similar to crysis is Far Cry 1. It takes a fairly good system to run it on high settings (except AA mode) It's a really long but very fun offline fps game.
Also the half-life series, 1, 2, episodes 1 and 2, are fantastic.

I built my own system and have tons of games from steam sales over the holidays, so i got more than enough to keep me busy. Now if i can just stop upgrading my system...

-Batman Arkham City , im playing this one at the moment , its great
-Max Payne 3 , just bought it off steam, fun game very violent
-Amnesia : The Dark Descent , horror game
