[PLEASE HELP] What you guys think of cross-platform gaming?

As a PC Player who plays Counter-Strike 1.6 and Source regularly I am not for it for FPS games, the PC players have the advantage because Mouse + Keyboard is significantly easier than using the control pad. The recoil patterns of gun fire has been made different to accomodate consoles but on the PC it feels wierd compared with Source/1.6.

The gun models in CS:GO look absolutely **** as well. It will give the Counter-Strike series a bigger name though, which is always a bonus for CS players.

Cross-Platform for other types of games bar FPS it seems really really cool.

Actually i know the xbox has aim-assist on there games cuz the gamepad isn't so accurate, that might help them out a lot. I just want to see how it will play out

I can't see how it wouldn't be beneficial.

Hell, if Shadowrun didn't incorporate that the game would've been dead in the first couple of weeks.
