Yeah that's the one. You can get signed to teams etc. It works really well IMO, and your skills go up when you play that too.

It's cool when you score a decent goal and there's 21 other people watching

i wish Rockstar would make GTA arcadey and cartoonish again....GTA IV was cool but the realism took away from everything i love about GTA

Yeah that pissed me off! But when you play as your pro you want to be good and stick to your position or your ratings won't go up and will never be signed.
