Opinions-Drop your height weight and how old u are
So guys I am 14 years of age nearly 15.I am 5 foot 6 and 68.5kg/153 pounds but im not fat.Do you think its a good idea for me to stay at this weight or cut for amateur boxing.
I don't advise cutting for kids, just maintain and stay a healthy body fat % like 15% give a take a few depending on you feel.
This.
I grew up in a big wrestling community. And there were all these young kids cutting weight religiously all the time & now there are a sh^tton of these abnormally short ex-wrestlers in that town. Something about cutting weight &/or not getting your needed nutrition as a youth seems like it has long term impact on your body.

Yup, cutting usually means being deficient in something.
Deficiency stunts your growth (to varying degrees depending on what you are deficient in but it does).
Kids should be eating all they can within reason and hitting all their nutrients needs.
Put it like this, your body is not a magic trick it cannot build tissue out of nothing, you need to feed it. Imagine that you are 5'5" teen still growing but you are cutting to make weight for whatever reasons. Now instead of your body having a easy time to grow you have put your body into a "eat itself" mode to fuel itself to live. These are not optimal conditions for your body to grow as big and strong as it genetically can (we're all bound by our genetic potential).
