This is nothing that prevents me from training but 2 weeks ago while sparring a really big guy I threw a job that he blocked (was throwing upward to reach his head) and I noticed some pain in my outer shoulder that is still there when jabbing. Has anyone ever had this happen to them, if so how long did it last?
