I personally don't eat oatmeal, takes too long to cook the quality stuff, and I'm not a huge fan of how it taste anyway. Mushy foods are weird to me, I can't eat cottage cheese either.

And yea I hate cottage cheese too, not so much because of the texture but because of the taste. If I ever buy it it's usually the one that comes with pineapple inside, makes it somewhat bearable.

Legitimately said with a straight face that anyone can do it, even if they weren't on steroids, but said if you didn't do 20 minutes of cardio a day you'd get fat.
WTF... I got no problem with people who juice up, but don't give this kind of advice to peole who don't know better.
And yeah, it took me way too long to realize the protein demands that professional bodybuilders recommend weren't meant for normal people. Or how About the guys who say excess protein won't make you fat, yeah, bs....
I watched A video yesterday on the worlds strongest man, he's advocating 1 lb of meat per meal!

Just throw some oil or butter on a pan, cut up whatever veggies you want and let them cook and than put them in the middle of egg whites.
You'll be missing out on most of the quality nutrients though, as that's in the yolk.
The whole egg white thing came about during the low fat craze which we now know is complete bs. Eat the whole egg bro.
Here's Alan thrall recipe for a omelet, you can copy his for a much better meal than that garbage Maidana is eating. You'll obviously probably have to cut down the serving size and maybe use something else besides bacon fat to cook the veggies. I like using the bacon fat though.
in chino's case he needs to cut calories and lose weight. fat has 9 calories per gram, which is a lot. i'm wiht you when you say that fat's not inherently bad for you. it's good for you. especially from plant sources, and certain unprocessed animal sources.
but chino used to get big between fights, and needed to make 147 lbs against floyd.

Fat is very filling, and is highly important for your hormone profile.
I think fighters completely cutting fat even in crunch time is a major mistake. especially since chino was still training. (assuming he's not using PEDs)
And I'd also bet that rapid weight loss, And cutting of fats had a major effect on his CNS, and probably is a major contributor to why he blew up.

yeha, but with a stuyle like his, if he didn't lose a ton of weight before he fought he'd end up takinga beating against a bigger guy. he'd probably have a "net" shorter career, with more net damage. head trauma is also associated with pituitary damage, and a whole lot of other damage to parts of the brain
you're typically better off in boxing trying to get down in weight than you are fighting a bigger guy and taking a pounding.
the only thing you can knock chino for is getting huge between fights. he'd still have to eat egg white omlettes to get to 147 lbs no matter what.
