    What does everyone here do for their necks?

    Just curious as to what exercises people do to train their necks.

    I've seen people using a harness-type device with weights, but I've never done it.

    For me, I hold back and front neck bridges for fixed amounts of time, usually about 3 mins on the back and 4 on the front.

    Light warm up rolling my neck, into bridges & finish off using a head harness (med-heavy, 12-16 reps, 3 sets)
    Also various other exercises for my traps.

        For neck and jaws....i tie a towel around weights..n grip with my mouth....It helps my neck and strengthen my jaws...i also do Shoulder shrugs with weights

          I do head nods and side-to-side head turns off of the ring apron.
