okay me and stormin norman have agreed to this thing together where we each list our food consumed and exercise done in a day this is my first entry, and norman will do his when he gets back online, right now hes out pounding the pavement, he believes it strengthens his knuckles
okay today i have eaten
.one orange
.six prunes
. a g****
. diet coke
for training i
did 100 explosive laps of my bedroom (each lap about 10 yards so 1000 yards all up, also i had to dodge my cat and random possesions lying on the floor so that counts for agility training)
10 minutes crawling on my hands and knees through the mud and rain in my underwear
slapped myself across the face 400 times for punch resistance
did my 3 second on 30 minutes off interval sprints, did them 3 times
(sprint 3 seconds rest 30 mins)
somersaulted down a large hill like 10 times
climbed onto my roof and walked tiptoe along the gutter for balance, forgot i weighed 360 lbs, fell 10 feet sprained ankle , went to hospital, im on crutches for 3-5 days
