      Run it off ,do some jogging for 45minutes first thing in the morning before eating anything.When you do you are burning fat that is already in the body rather than jogging after work where you will be burning what you will just have eaten.

      Many boxers do their road work that way and it works.Towards the end of your roadwork,sprint as fast as you can,that takes care of the belly.The more the distance you sprint the better.

        What about doing jump rope? is that as effective as running?

          I dont think you can avoid the road really,jumping the rope is great and many boxers use it.Note many use it in addition to the road work.

            ok i solomly promise that 30 mins of good running x 7 a week, 2 hours x 2 of boxing, and 2 x 1 hour of weights training, with a good diet and youll be losing loads of weight. i think if people just got stuck in there would be a lot less questions

              Thanks Man im following everybodys advice so far thank you all i lost 4 so far im at 154 153 around there .been eating veggies no carbs no salt only water and vegetables and fruit and cereal in the mornings , fruit, Chicken breast or chicken soup natural skinless for dinner and thats around 5 30 dont eat after 6 , green tea and half of a granola bar and veggies and fruit before my runs and hitting the bag jumprope one hour , and 20 minutes of weight training pushups pullups thanks guys even my face looks thinner thats cool. Thank you all for the support god i feel like eating something good but i gotta do it man thats the game discipline
