    Core muscles

    What exercises do you do to strengthen them? Currently, I only do leg raises, leg swings, prone braces and the vacuum exercise. I can't find any workouts to strengthen my TvA, does anybody have any suggestions?

    I change my core workout every week so as my muscles keep on growing and getting stronger as they dnt get accustomed to the same workout.
