Floyd did duck Khan which was a shame. Khan had height, speed and length which Mayweather Jr wanted to avoid. Even one of Floyd's biggest fans in Paulie Malinaggi thought Khan would have beaten Floyd as "it's almost impossible to win a decision against Khan."

I personally thought it was a fascinating fight with a real chance that Floyd could lose on points or score a legitimate one punch or beatdown KO, both of which were considered to be exceedingly unlikely for Floyd Mayweather Jr.

People call Floyd Mayweather Jr a boring fighter, I can't see Khan vs Mayweather Jr as being a boring fight.

Floyd Mayweather Jr did end up managing to score a semi KO (ref stop, but it was still a nice moment) over Conor McGregor in his boxing debut so did end up finally getting another KO win but hypothetically if Floyd Mayweather Jr had KO'd Khan it would have been a great and highlight reel moment.... like all Khan's KO losses are
