Pacquiao beaten P4P Bradley (Remember?) just last year and lost to a number 1 fighter in Mayweather. Although I would rank him in number 3 or 4. Wlad deserve number 2 on the list.

Edit: Haha, and you want to put Ward in top 1-3 without significant win in years. I would put Ward around 6-10 based on his accomplishments alone.

Ward beating the supersix, Wlad reigning as long as has at heavy, Rigo dismantling Donaire, Kovalev dominating Hopkins....

all better than roman gonazlez entire career.

im not hating, i actually like roman gonzalez but he is not p4p #1 and all those sites ranking him DONT WATCH 112 pounders.

That's BS. None of those fighters have even attempted to win titles in other divisions. Ward and Rigo in particular have had numerous chances to challenge themselves and claim the top spot but they decided to play it safe.

There is little consistency outside of the #1 spot but the unanimous best fighter on the planet weighs less than your girlfriend. Hopefully this brings exposure to the lighter weights.

@ Ring having Brook on there but not Cotto.

I don't think it's fair to totally diminish the quality of the run he had, however short it lasted. He beat like half a dozen rated HWs from 86-89, and had a genuine quality win over Spinks, almost all by very early stoppage. They couldn't have known then how the rest of his career was gonna look.

He was a good fighter but he didn't belong above Chavez and Whitaker (#2 and 3 at the time)

                    Of Course.
Chavez and Whitaker 21-50 ATG while
Tyson (If you consider him as ATG) around 51-100 ATG
