No, from the middle of the 4th through the end of the 4th, Stevens was landing shots and had GGG backing up.

It wasn't until the round ended that Stevens came out backing up. It wasn't like GGG just turned on a switch and began to back Stevens up. The round ended and that's when Stevens automatically went back to backing up... GGG didn't even have to do anything

I'm taking on all comer's that want to bet that if Kirk makes it out the 2nd round, he wins the fight
All in and you've got a bet with me.

Murray is supposed to be in talks with Sturm.his visa issues only relate to the US.HBO would they want to screen a fight from the UK when times are 5 hours different ? It wouldn't be a prime time slot.

Murray is out of the question.its gotta be Lee or Geale next surely.

Only when the opponents name is Golovkin

I hope Sturm turns him down too so he's just sitting there without a fight

Could be interesting action though, I'd like to see GGG contend with such a tenacious opponent.
There are better options at 160 but it's not the worst guy at 154 that GGG has picked. Kirkland has some power so at the very least this should be entertaining. Let's not forget that JK is a b level slugger who was gettin out boxed by Molina and got stopped by Ishida of all people.

But it's better than much of GGGs run at mw.
