Eubank jr. Is nuts if he accepts that rehydration clause.

The terms of the rematch were in the first contract, same terms as the first fight

I don't think there should be hydration clause. Eubanks won at his weakest. Now benn.must see if he can beat eubanks at eubanks best, or no point.

While I agree Eubank shouldn’t have agreed to a rehydration clause for the rematch (in the original contract), the fact that Benn couldn’t beat a weakened Eubank, means he has no chance of beating a full strength Eubank.

The only way the rematch is competitive and not a foregone conclusion is with a rehydration clause and the fight taking place at 160.

They got lucky with the first one cause Eubank underestimated Conn
Imo , the rematch will be a wash

Yeah I agree, as long as Eubank is able to make weight safely. I don’t think Benn can improve and adapt, whereas Eubank has a little more to his game (though I don’t think he has the best boxing IQ either).

I don’t think he does anything well but just enough
But I do believe he underestimated Benn and you can see how he was figuring him out by the end
Ben’s only chance was to strike while he 2as cold and that didn’t work

I’d like to have observed Eubanks training and nutritional habits in the 1st fight then I’d know how if he can move forward and be competitive at the weight in the rematch . One thing is for sure if carries on adopting the same nutritional and training methods as before he hands Benn a massive opportunity to level the scores . Quite simply he needs an experienced sports nutritionist on board and to train smart . He has a residual fitness base over many years so coupled with an experienced nutritionist and less extremely intense physical work he would be at optimum when the 1st bell goes and make the job a hell of a lot easier for himself.
