I agree, but it's the way the sport functions. The older contenders/former titlists give the young guys an opportunity. If Prograis intends to keep fighting, he needs to make sure it's for the most money possible. He should be negotiating with every promoter and choose his next opponent wisely. I think Duarte (whom Prograis was recently signed to fight) would've been a physically demanding match-up for him, but stylistically straight-forward. Azim is inexperienced, but his height/reach would give Prograis issues.

Anyone know what the situation is with the WBA? Russell beat Velenzuela, but does'nt seem to hold the belt. I also notice that Azim's not in the WBA's top 15. Is it a sanctioning fee issue? Maybe Turki is right to try & run um outta town!!.............
