If the referee hadn't waved off the fight Kholmatov would have likely went down, taken a count, got up and heard the final bell and would now be a world champion. Chances are the referee literally robbed him of a world title. Not the first time we see this, nor the last unfortunately.

Lopez is a nobody that lost to a damaged Warrington. He even drew with a ropey fringe level fighter in Joet Gonzalez but got a grotesque wide UD. Conlan was done after the brutal KO he received against Wood. It meant nothing for Lopez. Unless of course you think Jordan Gill is a somebody who also beat the brakes off Conlan and stopped him.

List all the stars that Mexicans go over and beat? Tell me what condition they were in while you're there as well. Anyone under the same conditions loses. It isn't exclusive. The facts are, whenever a Brit fights a Mexican or an American on a level playing field, the Brit wins the vast majority of the time. It's always been that way. Americans have been getting it longer though as we have fought each other a lot more for over a century.
