Crawford will never fight at 147 again. He isn’t ducking any of the welters.

Crawford’s time at that weight is finished. He will move up to 154 to do the rematch with Errol Spence and he won’t be going back.

The IBF belt is just the first that he will drop. The rest are going to follow.

        Which is fine.

People just shouldn’t spin it as Crawford is ducking Boots. Keep in mind that Ennis’s team turned down an offer from BLK Prime to fight Crawford, but most people either don’t remember or just never knew.

He might have said that. I don’t remember.

But Bozy Ennis is on record saying that they got an offer to fight Crawford on BLK Prime. And they turned it down because they wanted Showtime to be involved.

...come on man. You're making this too easy.

Starts at 40 seconds - Crawford STRAIGHT says it's 147 if Spence doesn't put in writing he can't make 147 (which he hasn't). That's why there's no announcement yet, Crawford is trying his damndest to force 147 so Spence can't show up.

              Starts at 3:37.

Starts at 8:00. And it was definitely someone from Crawford's team who was trying to convince Crawford not to do the rematch at 154, which is why Crawford (in the first video) keeps talking 147, because that's his out.

I could see Crawford trying to force 147 on Errol Spence just to discourage him from forcing a fight that no one wants to see again.

But we know he is contractually bound to do the rematch so he can’t be said to be ducking anyone, He HAS to fight Spence next if Spence enforces the rematch clause.

errol: ugggg what time is it?

Exactly Email Ennis' own Daddy said it. And people especially Leiscesterfa.g, forget Bootsy's son left the wbo rankings when Bud was making mandatories damn near all the time.
