I must admit though that the pick’em and Jack just don’t mix
I threw away many X2’s and X’3’s , you know the booze makes you six inches taller , oh well live and learn
I thought I’d get back in the top three with my X5 but got screwed by Barrett
Anyway honestly , I tip my hat to you
I’ve ran hockey , football pools before and it’s a great pain in the arse

A week marked by a whole lot of folk missing the Friday evening fight from Sheffield - none of the leading pack this time however - but that's the kind of oversight that could cost you dear at this time of year gents. I'd just strongly recommend that you have an eye on the dates and timezones indicated in the title and OP of each Pick Em thread.

Best picks of the week came from NC Uppercut and @Siablo who each predicted the CLOSE DEC by Edwards and the Janibek win. Cong**** gents.

Okay Tatabanya -just compared out tallies and the only difference I see are the multipliers already mentioned for RJJ-94-02=GOAT (you have him 30 points higher) and Damn Wicked (20 points higher) and that you have Baltimore 30 points higher than me which I'm guessing is from his Rakhimov pick which was entered too late last week.

Okay gents, up this week only one meaningful fight for the WBA Cruiser between unbeatens Arsen Goulamirian and Alexi Egorov for the WBA full Cruiser. Thread to go up late Monday or Tuesday.

The following week - the 26th - we got Parker vs Ryder and Rougarou vs Chon for sure, I'm considering Richards vs Bolotniks too cos it should be a good fight but I'm not sure I can really justfy it on the basis of our inclusion critieria.

It's all perfect now, we did good... Indeed I had missed those El-Malo- and Baltimore's overly late picks, plus can't really understand where I failed to give my good friend YMR 50 points more at some point... But now we're definitely ready for the end of the season.

Almsot did myself... ain't like either of em are household names and neither are top 10 per either TBRB or Ring but I've been following Egorov since he tore up the ammy rankings in the early 2010s. Hasn't looked quite as impressive in the pro ranks but I still think he can take Goulamarian - adoptive home cooking and prevailing political sentiment taken out of the equation of course.

Many thanks to koba and tatabanya. This is Hugely complicated to do manually. If someone could write a database with a front-end then that would make it easier, if and until it failed that is, then a database support would need to be found.
. This will annoy the conservative traditionalists, here's looking at you NC, but one thing that would improve the comp imo is shorten it to a three monthly or even monthly comp. Split the $500 prize money 4 or 12 ways, eg just $50 for the monthly winner. 12 chances to win means more participation. Those people who can't maintain 12 months interest will pop in and out during the year. Lose January, but hey! You could win May or August.
And, for Koba, much much less complicated to keep up to date. Who knows, others might step up to help for a month or two. I know I never could for a year.
