Train boxing in Cuba - Now very easy

If this is not ok, just tell me and iŽll delete it or move it.

Ive started a company focused only on boxing travels to Cuba. Im based in Sweden but i cater to everyone who want to go. You train at the pristine estadio panamericana and your coach is from the cuban youth national team.

You can ask anything you like about it but its hard to answer about the cost unless you email me or even better use the none-binding booking cheet.

so if your just and old interested boxer, elite boxer or just started i can supply it all for you.
Its called cuban boxing experience. I love all input to this idea since its a extension of my love for boxing

I'd love to hear more about this & in particular people who've done this already experiences.

Is there a website for this? If not you should make a website instead doing the email thing. I'd rather see pictures & hear testimonials than email someone about this. That sells it better imo anyway.

Thanks for your input. I was going to write the adress but i cant due to rules in the forum. But if you take the name and put a .com after you find the homepage hopefully google will notice it and put it higher in the searches. so there is a facebook group and a homepage.

But the homepage is very new, ive just started the company. Ive read alot of testamonies and trying to do it easier, more cost efficient and for everyone.

And you get to train with Maikros Romero and his gang in Estadio Panamericana

Please ask if you got any more questions

Nice. Just looking at it all now. Seems like a lot of good info. As one of the resident Cuban amateur boxing fanboys of NSB this is definitely something I'll be looking into & putting some consideration into doing at some point.

Being that this is a new business has anyone taken a trip with you yet? If not have you had any pre-officially a business trips that you can describe the details of? Just curious what this all looks like in regards to daily details. And just to throw some more of my 2cents in the bucket having a day by day "customer experience" on the site might be a good addition & help sell this concept a lil more. Videos would be cool too.

Is there just a self made itinerary or is there a basic one that is followed/suggested?

Can you give me more details about the "cuban friend association" recommendation & how that would work for someone in the US?

I see a lot of good info about expectations & preplanning (had no idea Cuba had badass mosquitos), but is there any Cuban culture differences or customs that people from other countries might not be aware of that would be good to know when you are there?

I got a million questions tbh, but I'll leave you with those lol. And good luck with this regardless if I partake in it or not.

Are you a US citizen? Then its impossible for you im afraid. Hopefully the US will let its ban down on US citizens to go to Cuba.

Ive been on a bussiness trip to cuba and thats how i can arrange this. Had alot of good discussions and meetings. But no one has had the time to go with me. This venture is only 1 month old But im in discussions on sending people. I just implented a little bit of day-by-day info. Im gonna post more pictures on facebook and its integrated with the homepage. The first ones to go with me will get a much better price and i will post alot of pictures and about it

but your free to ask more questions
And cubans are very welcoming and nice, have only met nice people.

I think you got dated info brother. There are direct flights from the US to Cuba now (edit: apparently not direct flights rn, but they have an agreement in place to start soon) & have been for a minute I believe. Conon O'Brien took his TV show there a year or so ago iirc. You just need to come up with a "legit reason" you are going, which I'm sure your Cuban boxing experience would qualify for:

Until general tourism is permitted, currently visitors must have a legitimate reason for entering Cuba. Per the U.S. Treasury, they are:

            Visiting family
Humanitarian projects or to provide support to the Cuban people
Official business of the U.S. government, foreign governments and certain intergovernmental organizations
            Journalistic activities
            Professional research
Educational activities by persons at academic institutions
            People to people travel
            Religious activities
Public performance, clinics, workshops, athletic or other competitions and exhibitions
Authorization to provide travel services, carrier services and remittance forwarding services
Activities of private foundations, research or educational institutes
            Exportation of certain Internet-based services

I've done it. I'm half Cuban and I live in Santiago de Cuba, if you're ever there I can hook you up with one of the best coaches out of Santiago de Cuba and I am not asking you for a cent lol. The training is completely different and you learn a lot more.

Here is a short video of the guy I am talking about. His name is Yusbel Hernandez and he is a trainer with the EIDE of Santiago de Cuba, which is their provincial team. He's made a lot of national champs at the youth level.

Here is a short video of him showing turns/pivots.

Oh! There you go. Hope it works out. Cuba is still on the ban list. Many ppl in sweden thought the ban lifted but from what ive heard its harsher then in many years. But hope it will be lifted. I brought mouth guards and some other stuff and gave kids at a local tournament and the youth team the same because i know its hard to find. And my plan is to continue to do so as a part of my company.

                  The ban list for what?

Can I purchase a ticket to Cuba directly from an airline based or operating out of the
                  United States?

Yes, provided that you are authorized to travel to Cuba pursuant to a general or specific license.

May a person that qualifies for the general license to provide carrier services transport a
third-country national located in the United States to Cuba for travel authorized by a
general license under one of the 12 categories of travel listed in Section 515.560 or by
                  specific license from OFAC?

                  Yes.

So basically you're saying you only work with UK/Euro folks & not US folks? Fair enough.

If you get permission to go to cuba, id love to cater to you i very much hope that i can work with american citizen.

American companies are forbidden to do any bussiness with cuba. The embargo was vetoed by the US with help of israel. I think 190 countries voted to lift it. they have talked about lifting it. But still nothing
